Virtual Trade Management (VTM) was born at the kitchen table of founder Prescilla Pearson, after years of seeing skilled tradies pushed to breaking point not by the work, but by the paperwork. What started as a one-woman mission to help local tradespeople get their evenings back has grown into a specialised, multi-skilled support team helping businesses across Australia.
We know the trade industry because we’ve lived it. With over 12 years’ experience in administration, project management and business improvement particularly in construction, maintenance, and compliance we understand the pressures tradies face: long days on site, admin piling up at night, and no room to breathe, let alone grow.
